Tonight I’m working out at work. It was a bit of a slow night and I had the foresight to bring my gym gear. A really good dynamic effort gearless night.
DE Box Squat (18 inch box) – 135lbs + light bands/6 reps, 225lbs + light bands/4 reps, 10 sets/2 reps/315lbs + lights bands. (aprox 405lbs at lock out).
DE Deadlifts – 3 sets/1 rep/315lbs, 3 sets/1 rep/365lbs.
I only had about an hour so it was quick and nasty. Tomorrow is off then Wednesday I’m into the DE Bench.
