I'm working nights this week so I usually have the morning for training. That is unless there's a "Snow Day". The weather last night and today is unfavorable so the schools are closed. That means I've got the kids until I go to work in the early afternoon. I managed to get some time for training today between cleaning up, shovelling the driveway, and watching the kids.
Warm Up
Stationary Bike - 5 minutes.
Bench Press - 135lbs/12 reps, 135lbs/12 reps, 195lbs/8 reps.
Working Sets
Dynamic Effort Bench Press (+light bands) - 10 sets/3 reps/195lbs + light bands (25 - 45lbs).
CG Floor Press - 4 sets/8 reps/195lbs.
Bent Over Dumbbell Rows - 2 sets/10 reps/85lbs, 2 sets/8 reps/105lbs.
Rev Grip Barbell Rows - 55lbs/12reps, 75lbs/12 reps, 90lbs/12 reps, 90lbs/12 reps.
Now I've got to hurry and eat, shower, get the kids to Mom's and get to work. Yikes!!!
