Last Work Out

Just some easy squats to keep up the momentum.

Squats - 135lbs/8 reps, 135lbs/8 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/3 reps, 365lbs (knee wraps)/3 reps.
Working Sets, Squats- 4 sets/3 reps/315lbs.
Sit Ups - 4 sets/12 reps.

Felt good. Now onto Quebec for Nationals.
