It's time for a break. The raw portion of my pre contest training is done and next week will be a bit of a rest. After that I'll start my equipped 3 weeks.
Warm Up - 5 minutes stationary bike.
ME Bench Press (1 board) - full range warm ups, 315lbs/3 reps, 345lbs/2 reps, 365lbs/1 rep, 315lbs/6 reps.

Pull Up Negatives - 4 sets/6 reps.
Push Ups - 4 sets/12 reps.
Barbell Curls - 4 sets/10 reps/95lbs.
I'm starting to notice aches and pains that weren't there last week. It's time for a break. I wanted 365lbs today and I got that.
