Another great work out. I feel stronger and stronger every work out. Here's how yesterday went.
Squats - 6 sets, 4 reps, 295lbs.
Bench Press - 8 sets, 3 reps, 225lbs.
*super set repeat 4 times*
Deadlifts (loose belt) - 1 set, 3 reps, 405lbs.
Pull Ups - 1 set, 6 reps, 100lbs assistance.
Barbell Shrugs - 1 set, 6 reps, 365, 415, 435, 435lbs.
I'm pleased with my progress and I'm sure my raw records will fall this meet.
