More Cardio

Today was day three of my cardio work outs. Here's it.

Treadmill - 10min walk, 5min jog, 5 min walk.
Deadlifts - 6 sets, 5 reps, 325lbs. (last set 405lbs for 4 reps)

405lb for 4! thats a new record for me. I don't have much to say today. Until next time.
