Cardio

Today is my first day of cardio training. I've decided to keep up my powerlifting training and just add the running. Here is what happened.

Treadmill - 10min walk, 5 min jog, 5 min walk.
Squats - 6 sets, 5 reps, 265lbs.

I'm doing a modified 3x3 program. Instead of doing squats, bench press and deadlifts all in one work out I'll do one movement each day. These movements will be done at the same % as The regular 3x3 program. After the jogging and the squats my legs are jello. Until next time.
