Arms

I don't want to do anything silly before my doctor's appointment this Friday. Nothing to mess up my collar bone.

Rebounding - 90 minutes.

Barbell Curls - 45lbs/12 reps, 4 sets/12 reps/70lbs.


Reverse Grip Barbell Curls - 4 sets/12 reps/70lbs.

Cable Triceps Ext - 4 sets/25,30,35,40kg/12 reps.

Nothing fancy. Fun training while watching the 2026 IPF Worlds.
