Push Ups and Swings

I'm concerned that I may have a serious injury. It sounds weird but I believe I've dislocated my left collarbone from my sternum. I've been to the Dr already. He didn't seem to concern. This Friday I have another Dr appt and I will insist on an xray.
That said, it doesn't cause me any pain. Still, it doesn't mean it's alright. It doesn't feel righ.

Light Stretches

Rebounding - 60 minutes.

Push Ups - 4 sets/10 rep

Pin Swing - 3 sets/20,25,30 reps



Now I need to hury to get ready for my youndest daughter's grad.
