Deadlifts
Again, nothing heavy. Just going through the motion. Keeping everything lubed up.
Rebounding - 45 minutes.
Deadlifts - 2 sets/10 reps/225lbs, 315lbs/6 reps.
Static Stretches.
At this point my watch died, it looked like rain and for some odd reason my left knee started to hurt. Funny thing, now it's gone.
