Log OH Press - 75lbs/10 reps, 3 sets/6,8,10 reps/125lbs, 3 sets/3,4,6 reps/145lbs.
Hinge Swings - 45lbs/20 reps, 50lbs/20 reps, 2 sets/20 reps/75lbs.
Static Stretches.
I didn't have any real plans for training tonight. Lots of times the random workouts are a pleasant surprise.
