I was supposed to go to work this morning. However, a blizzard last night and all today prevented me from leaving. About 50ft from the driveway I bottomed out on a snow drift. A large percentage of the day was spent shovelling and freeing my car. Eventually it got back to the driveway and plugged in for work tomorrow.
My back is tight from all the shovelling. A little training to balance me out is just the prescription.
Rebounding - 35 minutes.
Push Ups - 3 sets/12 reps.
Dead Hangs - 3 sets/15,20,25 sec.
Static Stretches.
Now it's time to eat! Feeling better.
