Christmas Sit Ups

After Squats for Santa I feel a bit stiff and sore. Today is more therapy than training. Lots of stretching troughout the time and of course Sit Ups.

Light Stretches.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Sit Ups - 6 sets/12 reps.

Static Stretches.

A little bit of exercise to burn Christmas dinner. Feeling good.
