Squats for Santa

Last Squat day my motivation was crap. Today being Christmas Eve I gotta do Squats for Santa.

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches.

Rebounding - 15 minutes.

Squats - bar/6 reps, 135lbs/6 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/6 reps, 2 sets/3 reps/365lbs.



Static Stretches.

Feeling good and strong. I'm good for more today but today's efforts were much better than last time and I gotta leave a little meat on the bone for next time.
