Tire Deadlifts

I was supposed to pull on Friday but we had a party at work that was manditory. Saturday I did some shopping for Christmas. Saturday night my lower back started to tighten up as is usually does when I don't do Deadlifts.
This evening before having dinner I got out to the garage for some pulls. Tight back and all.

Rebounding - 45 minutes.

Tire Deadlifts - 2 sets/6 reps/230lbs, 2 sets/6 reps/320lbs, 2 sets/4,6 reps/410lbs.


Straight Arm Press Downs - 3 sets/12 reps/20,25,30kg.

Better than expected. Up to and including the first set of 320lbs Tire Deadlifts were done OH. No belt, no straps. Gotta keep on training.

Feeling good.
