SSB Bench Squats

Mixing up training again to promote motovation. 

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

SSB Bench Squats - 50lbs (bar)/12 reps, 140lbs/12 reps, 230lbs/12 reps, 3 sets/6,8,10 reps/320lbs.


The fist set of six reps was ugly. The ten reps were more fluid. A good workout.
