Out of work early today but I had to stick around to drive my wife home. Good time to go to the gym. But, not just any gym. The gym where it all started. The gym I trained at when I started powerlifting. The gym before I had my home gym. It's been over five years since I trained there.
Elyptical Trainer - 15 minutes.
NG Inclined Bench Press - 4 sets/12 reps/115lbs.
NG Flat Bench Press - 135lbs/12 reps, 4 sets/8,6,6,6 reps/225lbs.
No videos as that is now frowned upon. Feeling good.
