In the spirit of D4D I decided to pull.
Rebounding - 30 minutes.
Tire Deadlifts - 4 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 3 sets/6,8,8 reps/315lbs.
No straps, no belt. However, I seriously considered the belt after the first set of 315lbs. Ultimately, I manned up and pulled.
