Inclined NG Presses

Got home a bit early today from my first day at work. Good time to work out.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Inclined NG Press - 6 sets/12 reps/135lbs.

No wrist wraps and dynamic speed during reps. I also focused on grasping the bar with a tight grip. Feeling good.
