Yesterday a buddy came over for some Bench Press. I did some too.
Narrow Grip Bench Press - 135lbs/12 reps, 3 sets/10 reps/225lbs.
Nothing fancy. My lower back started acting up so I stopped.
Today I feel much better. Time for squats.
Rebounding - 20 minutes.
Squats - bar/10 reps, 135lbs/8 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 3 sets/4,4,6 reps/315lbs.
Alternate the following,
Leg Ext - 3 sets/20 reps/50lbs.
Lying Leg Curls - 3 sets/12 reps/50lbs.
Now going to Ye's for dinner.
