Another busy week. On 30th July my sister and two of her kids flew in for a visit to my parents new house. On top of a really good visit on 1st August I was sworn into the Canadian Armed Forces, again. I comleted 22 years and retired April 2019. Another five years starts 12 August. I'm looking forward to it for sure.
Today I decided to forgo the tires and pull a regular deadlift.
Rebounding - 45 minutes.
Deadlifts - 225lbs/1,6,1 reps, 315lbs/1,1,1 reps, 405lbs/1,1,1 reps, 455lbs/1,1,1 reps.
Bentover Barbell Rows - 3 sets/12 reps/135lbs.
Feeling too fat to get to the bar properly. However, I do feel strong (ish).
