Rebounding
I feel great today. No aches or pains. I'm tempted to do Bench Squats but since I did Deadlifts on Saturday I should really rest.
Rebounding - 30 minutes.
Theragun.
Using the Theragun afterwards ensures I'll be ready to go tomorow.
