Beautiful day. Not much to to do. Time to train.
Rebounding - 20 minutes.
Inclined Bench Press - 2 sets/10 reps/135lbs, 4 sets/6,10,10,10 reps/225lbs.
High Cable Rows - 3 sets/10 reps/45,55,65kg.
Dinner!
