I may have pushed a bit harder than programming today. No tweeks or injuries. All good.

Rebounding - 20 minutes.

Buffalo Bar Bench Squats - 135lbs/10 reps, 185lbs/10 reps, 235lbs/10 reps, 285lbs/10 reps, 335lbs/10 reps, 385lbs/10 reps (belt).


Buffalo Bar Squats - 3 sets/8 reps/135lbs.


Feeling good and getting stronger.
