Inclined Bench Press

Today was mild and more in tune with training.

Rebounding - 20 minutes.

Inclined Bench Press - 2 sets/10 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/10 reps/185lbs, 2 sets/10 reps/225lbs, 2 sets/3 reps/275lbs.


Moving up in weight. Feels good.
