Bench Squats

It is hot and humid out doors today. No breeze at all. I'm old and fat and I don't want a heart attack. Last week was heavy. This week I'll take my foot off the gas and coast a bit. That said, I'm still putting in the work.

Rebounding - 20 minutes.

Bench Squats - 2 sets/10 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/10 reps/225lbs, 3 sets/10 reps/285lbs.


I've sweat through all my clothes. Even my socks are wet. Feeling good about my performance.
