Driveway Tire Deadlifts

Stopping right away yesterday proved to be the right choice. This morning my back felt aright. Time to pull!

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Tire Deadlifts - 225lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/6 reps, 405lbs/5 reps, 435lbs/3 reps, 485lbs/1 rep.

Slow progression. Everything was ok.
