Ugh!

Yesterday I wanted to train but had to take my father to the hospital. I did manage to get about 30 minutes on the rebounder.

Today different story but similar result. After 20 minutes on the rebounder I started some push ups. After the second set of 15 reps my lower back tightened up again.

Hopefully stopping sooner than pushing through will allow me to deadlift sometime this week end.
