Bench Press

Today I felt like testing my Flat Bench Press. Many weeks of Inclined Presses and Push Ups.

Rebounding - 20 minutes.

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/12 reps, 315lbs/3 reps, 335lbs/1 rep, 360lbs/miss, 315lbs/1 rep, 315lbs/2 reps.




Cable Triceps Ext - 3 sets/12 reps/30,35,40kg.

OH Plate Ext - 2 sets/12 reps/45lbs.

Mixed emotions today. I felt strong on the bench and decided to try for a new record. NOPE! Oh, well. I'm still happy with these numbers.
