Push Ups

Hot and humid today. Difficult to gain any sort of motivation. However, as the evening rolled around I found myself getting fidgity. Out to the garage I go.

Rebounding - 20 minutes.

Push Ups - 10,10,15,15,22 (amrap) reps.


High Cable Rows - 4 sets/10 reps/35,45,55,65lbs.

Good pump. Burned some calories.
