Squats

It's been a bit since doing full squats and it feels like it. Form is all over the place and little to no power. That said, at least I'm getting under the bar and working.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Theragun.

Squats - bar/6 reps, 135lbs/4 reps, 225lbs/4 reps, 4 sets/3,3,4,4 reps/315lbs.


Sit Ups - 2 sets/10 reps.

Last three sets of squats were with a belt. I stopped the Sit Ups because I was beginning to cramp. That sucks. I'll keep working.
