Inclined Bench Press - 3 sets/10 reps/135lbs, 185lbs/10 reps, 205lbs/10 reps, 2 sets/10 reps/225lbs.
High Cable Rows - 4 sets/10 reps/35,45,55,65kg.
Now I've got a bit of running around to do.
