Today was the first day of training. I've designed a linear progression program that looks pretty good.
Driveway Tire Deadlifts - 225lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/6 reps, 390lbs/5 reps, 420lbs/3 reps, 450lbs/1 rep.
No belt, not straps. Feels like a good place to start.
