Rebounding - 30 minutes.
Inclined Bench Press - bar/10 reps, 2 sets/10 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/10 reps/185lbs, 3 sets/6,8,10 reps/225lbs.
Standing Dumbbell Press - 3 sets/12 reps/30,40,45lbs.
I was surprised how easy 225lbs was. I went at it a little easy. Next time I won't.
