Rebounding - 30 minutes.
SSB Bench Squats - 2 sets/10 reps/140lbs, 2 sets/10 reps/230lbs, 2 sets/6,10 reps/280lbs.
I considered doing more but decided to leave a little meat on the bone for next training day. I was planning three sets of six at 280lbs. Ten reps left me huffing and puffing. Good work. As warm up before Deadlifts this week I'll do a few sets of full range squats and see how they feel. Right now I'm getting in lots of work squatting to a bench.
