Inez and Rebounding

This morning I had the honour to go to Iron Age gym and meet the "Dominator" her self. The strongest woman in the world. Inez Carrasquillo. She talked about Log, Circus Dumbbell and Sandbag to shoulder. As I've found with all elite level strength athletes she is so friendly and down to earth. It was wonderfull to meet her.

When I got home I went out the garage to get my steps in on the rebounder.
