Light Stretches.
Rebounding - 60 minutes.
Standing Log Press - 2 sets/12 reps/70lbs, 4 sets/6,7,4,8 reps/160lbs.
Dumbbell Side Laterals - 2 sets/12 reps/20lbs.
WG Cable Rows - 3 sets/50,55,60kg/12 reps.
Log Press was kinda all over the place but I'm still happy with the over head control. Tomorrow is another day.
