Axle Tire Deadlifts

Motivation is still crap. Today I was just going to rebound and stretch. I managed to add a bit at the end.

Rebounding - 60 minutes.

Extensive Stretching.

Axle Tire Deadlifts - 205lbs/8 reps, 415lbs/6 reps.


The video speaks for it's self. Nothing difficult but it still prepares me for the impending competition.
