Sandbagging It

Again, my head isn't in the game. I should be excited to lift and move heavy things. I keep thinking about how much it hurts. That said, I am dragging my sorry ass to train and I am making consistant improvements. Such as I did today.
I didn't post Saturday. Iron Age Gym was hosting a novice clinic. I went to learn. Which I did but not before overcoming some solid anxiety. Silly considering it went away as soon as I started lifting. We worked up to comletition weight for both log (165lbs) and 14' Axel Deadlift (435lbs). Easy peasy. I've been using figure 8 straps in training for the axel. I'm told nope! Gotta use regular straps. Ok then.
Sandbag training went well today. Still need lots of improvement. Not strong enough yet.

Rebounding - 45 minutes.

Sandbag Bench Squats - 4 sets/4,10,6,12 reps/150lbs, 2 sets/3,6 reps/200lbs.

Static Stretches.

The 200lbs bag is still very heavy. However, this is the best I've done with it despite my crappy motivation.
