Log Press

Today I got under the log. Cleaning the log isn't my biggest problem. OH strength is. However, it is getting better.

Rebounding - 75 minutes.

Log Clean and Presses - 2 sets/12 reps/70lbs, 120lbs/12 reps, 4 sets/8,8,10,8 reps/140lbs.


WG High Cable Rows - 40kg/12 reps, 3 sets/12 reps/60kg.

Seated Dumbbell Side Laterals - 2 sets/12 reps/20lbs.

Crappy sleep last night. I feel flat today eventhough I put up some good numbers.
