Axle Tire Deadlifts

My motivation has been S**T lately. I feel fat and lazy. Actually, I am fat and lazy. I had no expectations today. I just wanted to try. Not too bad for day one.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Light Stretches.

Axle Bar Tire Deadlifts - 2 sets/8 reps/210lbs, 300lbs/6 reps, 4 sets/6 reps/370lbs.



Static Stretches.

Pretty good. Program said 5x5. I don't like odd numbers. 4x6 reps it is. Only straps for the sets. Only my soft belt for the last set.

Feeling alright.
