It was epic! I got home at well after midnight but had to work Thursday morning. I was beat. Thursday night I was still exhausted so I didn't want to push it. Tonight I'm back at it.
Rebounding - 40 minutes.
Farmers Stationary Walk - 3 sets/30 sec/170lbs per hand.
Bent Over Dumbbell Rows - 3 sets/12 reps/50lbs per hand.
Static Stretches.
No supportive equipment. Not extremely taxing but I may disagree with that statement tomorrow.
