Deadlifts

No tires tonight. Straight up Deadlifts.

Rebounding - 60 minutes.

Deadlifts - 2 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 2 sets/1 rep/315lbs, 2 sets/1 rep/405lbs, 2 sets/1,2 reps/455lbs.


Static Stretches.

Good improvement, weight wise, from last Deadlift training. 455lbs with a belt was a joke. It flew as you can see in the video. Getting stronger. Baby steps.
