Swiss Bar Bench +

Trying the Swiss Bar on the flat bench. Really good triceps pump.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Swiss Bar Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/110lbs, 2 sets/12 reps/130lbs, 2 sets/12 reps/150lbs.


NG High Cable Rows - 3 sets/12 reps/50,60,70kg.

Dumbbell Side Laterals - 3 sets/12 reps/15lbs.

I'm still losing weight. Down to 352.5lbs this morning. Feeling better with lots of energy.
