Bench Press

Yesterday I was stiff and a little sore from Squats on Monday. However, I still managed 30 minutes on the rebounder and some Theragun work.
Today I was running around and didn't have much time before leaving for work. Enough time for some presses.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/6 reps, 4 sets/1 rep/315lbs, 225lbs/8 reps.


At work I did a little training.

WG Lat Pull Downs - 3 sets/12 reps/105,120,135lbs.

Dumbbell Side Laterals - 3 sets/12 reps/15lbs.


A busy day turning productive.
