Squats

Went fishing yesterday and had a great time. Squats today.


Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Squats - bw/10 reps, bar/10 reps, 135lbs/6 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/4 reps, 4 sets/1 rep/365lbs.


Split Squats - 3 sets/10 reps per leg/bw.

Not very strong but still put in the work.
