Rebounding and BW Lunges

Got home from work and went straight to work.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

BW Lunges - 5 sets/12,16,16,20,20 reps.


The last set of 20 was with the SSB on my shoulders. I also used a mat to protect my lower knee. This made everything much more comfortable and the reps flowed.
