Squats

Working evenings this week. A bit of time before work for Squats.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Squats - bar/6 reps, 135lbs/6 reps, 4 sets/6,6,8,10 reps/225lbs.


Knee sleeves but no belt. Everything was very manageable. Now I'm eating.
