Bench Press

I don't like training before bed. However, sometimes it's necessary. It's 2030hrs time for Bench Press.

Rebounding - 20 minutes.

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/1 rep, 320lbs/1 rep, 325lbs/1 rep.


First real day of Bench training for DEEP FREEZE push pull competiton 23 November.
