Training at Bldg 21

Now that I'm back to work I get to use work's facilities. One of the gyms, bldg 21, has equipment that I want to train with. Today I went there after work.

Light Stretches.

Tire Flips - 10+11.
Cart Push - 4 laps.
Squats - 10 reps/bar.
Tire Flips - 5+6.
Kettlebell Swings - 12 reps/62lbs.
Cart Push - 4 laps.
Squats - 10 reps/bar.
Kettlebell Swings - 20 reps/62lbs.




A bit disorganized but it was a very good training day. Next time I'll be more organized.
